Many Pilates teachers don't struggle with finding exercises. They struggle with deciding why to choose them, how to sequence them, and when to adapt them for different clients.
I have found that the most valuable learning doesn't come from simply receiving another class plan. It comes from understanding the thought process behind the programming, teaching the sequence in a real-world setting, and reflecting on the outcomes with other instructors.
The Reformer Classes Guide was created to bridge the gap between receiving a class plan and confidently delivering it. It offers a space where teachers can explore programming decisions, ask questions, share experiences, and continue developing their teaching practice month after month.
The goal is to add tools and thinking pathways to your programming not only to learn new class content.
How the Programme Runs
Each month we focus on one complete Reformer Class.
Week 1: The Class
Members receive:
-
A fully written Reformer class plan
-
A recorded demonstration video
-
Teaching notes and key objectives
This gives you time to review, practise, and prepare the sequences you want to use form this class for your own clients. I know one full class can be a lot of information, so you are welcome to break the class into smaller sections if that is a better way for you to learn.
Week 2: Behind the Programming
Join a live online session (60 to 90 minutes) where we break down the class and discuss:
-
Why each exercise was chosen
-
Programming considerations
-
Progressions and regressions
-
Teaching points and observations
-
Adapting the exercises for different client needs
Week 3: Live Q&A
Bring your questions, experiences, and teaching challenges to a live discussion (60 to 90 minutes). This Q&A will be specific to the work shared in the class for this month.
This is your opportunity to gain support, clarify concepts, and deepen your understanding of the exercises used in the class.
Week 4: Community Review
After teaching the class or sequence from the class, we'll come together to reflect on what happened in practice. There will be quizzes and other feedback methods to make sure everyone gets to take part in the reviewing.
We'll discuss:
-
Personal feedback – what did you experience when teaching this class
-
Client feedback
-
What worked well
-
What could be improved
-
Alternative teaching approaches
-
Creative adaptations and modifications
Learning doesn't stop when the class is taught. A feedback review is where valuable insights are shared and professional growth takes place.
Growing Resource Library
As your membership continues, you'll build access to a growing archive of written Reformer classes, creating a valuable resource that you can revisit and draw inspiration from throughout the year.

For Pilates Teachers Who Want More Than Just Another Class Plan
There is no shortage of Reformer exercises, workshops, and class ideas available to Pilates teachers today.
Yet many instructors still find themselves asking:
"How do I create classes that feel purposeful, flow well, and keep my clients progressing?"
The Reformer Classes Guide was created to answer that question.
This is not a library of pre-recorded content. It is not a collection of random exercises. And it is not another programme that leaves you to figure things out on your own.
Instead, The Reformer Classes Guide is a monthly professional development membership designed to help Pilates teachers explore the art and reasoning behind effective Reformer programming.
Each month, we focus on one carefully designed Reformer class.
Together, we'll examine not only what is being taught, but why.
We'll explore the programming decisions, discuss the teaching considerations, share real-world experiences, and learn how a single sequence can be adapted and refined for different clients and settings.
Whether you are newly qualified or have years of teaching experience, this membership offers an opportunity to continue learning, stay inspired, and connect with other teachers who are committed to ongoing professional growth.
What Makes This Different?
Many memberships provide access to content.
The Reformer Classes Guide provides understanding.
The goal is not simply to hand you a class plan and send you on your way.
The goal is to help you develop confidence in your programming decisions, expand your teaching toolkit, and deepen your understanding of why certain sequences work.
As Pilates teachers, some of our greatest learning comes through discussion, reflection, and sharing experiences with others.
This membership creates a space for exactly that.
How It Works

-
Why the sequence was designed this way
-
Exercise selection and progression
-
Teaching considerations
-
Modifications and regressions
-
Programming strategies
This is your opportunity to understand the thinking behind the class.
Week 3: Live Teacher Q&A

We'll discuss challenges, explore alternatives and deepen our understanding of the sequence together.
Week 4: Reflection and Review
After teaching the class in your own environment, we'll come back together as a community to reflect on what happened.
We'll share:

Client feedback
-
Teaching insights
-
Modifications that worked well
-
Alternative approaches
-
Lessons learned
Often these conversations provide some of the most valuable professional development of the month.

Our Philosophy
The best teachers never stop learning.
Every class taught, every client interaction, and every discussion with fellow professionals offers an opportunity to grow.
The Reformer Classes Guide is built on the belief that understanding the thinking behind a sequence is just as valuable as teaching the sequence itself.
Because confident teachers aren't created by collecting class plans.
They're created through curiosity, reflection, discussion and experience.
Join us each month as we explore the why behind the Reformer class, one sequence at a time.
