Service Description
During this chat we will discuss your specific needs for class and suggestions for you training going forward.
Cancellation Policy
All classes must be booked in advance (min 5 hours before class time). Bookings not cancelled within 24 hours will be charged at the full rate. No show is a forfeit of the class. Classes can be rescheduled in case of an emergencywithin1 hour of the class starting.
