During your first class I do a thorough introductory class to make sure that I have a full picture of what your goals and needs are.  We look at breath and posture to get a starting point. 

achievable prograMMING

Part of the process I use is to find the program that rebuilds your posture and also your movement confidence.  We then grow your movement vocabulary over time while your body adjusts to the knew input.

informed

 As we find solutions for your posture the client gets to take movement solutions home that they can use in preparation for the next weeks class as well as to trouble shoot their postural needs.  These solutions are person specific. 

progress

We measure progress by how you experience movement in your body.  I use movement tests that guide me towards the solutions your posture needs.
