What my Clients say

"After a long hiatus I wanted to start exercise again. My classes with Sulene were amazing, with a stubborn sciatica she helped with the release of pain and increased my joint mobility and muscle strength and flexibility in a gentle safe environment with exercises designed specifically for my needs.  How wonderful it is to feel strong and pain free again!!! Thank you Sulene"
